Long time no blogs.......yeah I know....blame it on my lazy bones.
Lot of things happened!!! I wanted to share my thoughts, especially on the interview of Illayaraja in SS Music on the release of his thiruvasagam. But I really did not have time to put it down in black and white, due to work pressure.

"A lazy sheep thinks that its wool heavy."

An apt description of me not writing blogs citing the heavy work load.

A good one right!! Please dont mistake me to have the fascination for adages like the "thatha" in S.V.Sekhar drama who says adage for every dialogue he utters and who cannot even repeat the same.

One of my friend,Vidhya sends the morning mails everyday and I really find it interesting to read her quotes. The conventional morning mails with messages, runs to lines. I usually tend to forget the exact wordings of them by the end of the day. Hence, When I recollect/quote them, it is usually with my own words but the ones sent by Vidhya are one liners which are quite catchy and easy to remember.

Infact, I found this more interesting because I have heard many proverbs in tamil and dont know their equivalent in English. So, "Yours truly" (flicked this from ,Filbert;-))) translate them literally in English, like "Donkey does not know camphor smell"

In this blog, let me mark a few of the quotes from Vidhya, that I really enjoyed.

- A wolf will never make war against another wolf

- Advice after mischief is like medicine after death.

- A work ill done must be done twice

- A closed mouth catches no flies.

- Before a real friend, one can think aloud

But this I enjoyed to the core. I think I can always use it, whenever Srini blames me.
- Adam must have EVE to blame for all his faults.

Phew!! I can hear the mutterings - "Poor Srini". sssssssh!!!!!!!
