Crocodile, Crocodile - What colour do you choose?

Few days back, our friend's 3 year old daughter was listing the colours of rainbow. Colour is one of the few early things taught to us. It is something that fascinates me to the core. How somber it would have been, if the world is seen just in the shades of black and white?

I always prefer to do the prism experiment to see the diffraction of light. Similarly, I wanted to see the newton's rings, but we were asked to do with a monochromatic light and hence I could see only the light and dark bands. How wonderful it would have been, if we were asked to do it with a polychormatic light. Oops, Is it sounding very technical?? Well, My intention is not to write a post which is very fundoo. Thou' I would love it but it is a long time, since I lost touchbase with my much loved, cuddled, fondled physics book- esp the light chapter.

It is said that the colours can even change the mood of our mind. It is in a way true. I somehow prefer working in brightly coloured cubicles, than the somberish gray. But, to my fate, most of the cubicles, I have worked are gray in colour. So, dont blame me if I am not working !! You see, it is just the colour of the cubicles ;-))

Personally. I prefer the colour of green - the lush green seen in the fields. It somehow lifts my spirits and whichever mood I am in, it immediately changes. My hubby and sis prefer the blue colour. I vividly remember the different shades of blue, seen in the bay area when we were driving to my BIL's office. waw, what an artist God is !!

Have u noticed the background of "Kadhalikum Aasai illai" song of the film, "Chellame"? Man, the camera has done wonders and captured the wonderful blue shades. Every few feet of the beach, will have different shades of blue. It is said that the song was shot in Andaman. Similarly, is the song of "Mudhalam sandhipil.." - starring Prabhudeva. I dont know the name of the movie. A beautifully rendered song with excellent scenic beauty but a horrible choreography, which literally made us lose the fervour of the song and the wonderful background.

Well, Did you know why our white uniforms look whiter when we use the blue (Robin/Ujala/regal/supertone sottu neelam) ?? It is said that the diffused blue colour reflects the light which counteracts the yellowing and hence the clothes seem cleaner.

Too much of techie stuff..so let me stop here !!

True Subha, the post was getting too technical :)) (Like Kamal says in Panchathanthiram) My personal favorite is blue too. BTW, that song is from the movie Charlie Chaplin.

Make no mistake: Our mission at Tip Top Equities is to sift through the thousands of underperforming companies out there to find the golden needle in the haystack. A stock worthy of your investment. A stock with the potential for big returns. More often than not, the stocks we profile show a significant increase in stock price, sometimes in days, not months or years. We have come across what we feel is one of those rare deals that the public has not heard about yet. Read on to find out more.

Nano Superlattice Technology Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: NSLT) is a nanotechnology company engaged in the coating of tools and components with nano structured PVD coatings for high-tech industries.

Nano utilizes Arc Bond Sputtering and Superlattice technology to apply multi-layers of super-hard elemental coatings on an array of precision products to achieve a variety of physical properties. The application of the coating on industrial products is designed to change their physical properties, improving a product's durability, resistance, chemical and physical characteristics as well as performance. Nano's super-hard alloy coating materials were especially developed for printed circuit board drills in response to special market requirements

The cutting of circuit boards causes severe wear on the cutting edge of drills and routers. With the increased miniaturization of personal electronics devices the dimensions of holes and cut aways are currently less than 0.2 mm. Nano coats tools with an ultra thin coating (only a few nanometers in thickness) of nitrides which can have a hardness of up to half that of diamond. This has proven to increase tool life by almost ten times. Nano plans to continue research and development into these techniques due to the vast application range for this type of nanotechnology

We believe that Nano is a company on the move. With todays steady move towards miniaturization we feel that Nano is a company with the right product at the right time. It is our opinion that an investment in Nano will produce great returns for our readers.

AS is said in the blog, Blue is my all time favorite. Any shades of blue, for that matter any color, can be associated with any mood and can lift or drop your spirits accordingly. Very nice photo Subha.
